Welcome to Potsdam!
The Welcome Center Potsdam extends warm greetings to all international guest scholars visiting the institutes of higher learning and research institutions in Potsdam. As the central consultation and service point for international scholars in Potsdam, we strive to help you have a pleasant stay in Potsdam.
The Welcome Center Potsdam has two offices, one on the campus of the University of Potsdam and one in the Citizens’ Service Office in Potsdam. The Welcome Team of the University of Potsdam offers you a wide spectrum of information, consultation, and support—beginning even before you come to Potsdam.
When you then reach Potsdam, we also help you get adjusted and answer all questions which you may have regarding your stay. We also assist you with your preparations to depart Potsdam at the end of your stay.
The Welcome Center of the Capital City of Potsdam in the townhall takes care of the official formalities with you—quickly, individually, and unbureaucratically—and offers extensive information about Potsdam.
